I do not have a mic or headset anymore because my son thought it would be fun to run away from me holding my headset as they were plugged into my pc.
Long story short I have to wires hanging from my pc and they are not attached to anything. I have to go buy some more!

Hardware / F*** AMD! I need help with a Intel Mobo and new CPU

My Asus Crosshair V Formula and FX-8120 are not working. I am having problems with Motherboard bios, I have to update the bios but I can't use the FX-8120 CPU because it craps out.

So I am thinking about making the switch, I would like to stay with Asus. I might even have them RMA me a new board that works with Intel.

Looking for suggestions.
Please keep in mind that I will only be using 1 video card rather than SLI and I would like a good stable i7 or i5. I am leaning more towards i7 because they are top of the line and I am not looking to overclock right now.

My whole day has been shot. I haven’t done crap except Google and read forums about the DayZ mod. Also I am eagerly waiting ARMA 3 that should come out Q4 2012 or start of next year 2013.

I think my "Western Digital Caviar Black WD2002FAEX 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" is about to die... I have been sitting on CHKDisk for about 2 days and it will not go past 15%.

Any ideas on a new HD? fairly cheap.
