I don't know if anyone has ever played this series but i love it, one of my favorites.  If you haven't played them, it's a kind of like GTA, only less on the dark side more on the funny as hell side.  The other two games are good, this one looks like it's going to be the best of the three though.  FYI you get to kill people with a giant dildo bat....WIN! here is a trailer.

mehh you could run into the police station (its where it is, In the bathroom/locker room) on GTA cant remember what one and beat people with a giant purple dildo thingy.

i didn't like any of the GTA's past GTA3.  they didn't keep me interested enough to actually finish the story lines.  i ended up just running around and killing shit.  This game i actually got into the story not only for the quality of the story but just because some parts of this game are hysterical. But there are also activities you can do i.e. insurance fraud where your character who is completely customizable, turns into an invincible rag doll and runs into traffic and just gets destroyed and you have to make combos by bouncing off other cars and trucks, it's awesome.

If you have xbox 360 i strongly recommend this series, also, i need a damn co-op partner!

I have looked into the game and just don't see a reason to play it over BF3 or SWTOR, I say it's one of the weaker of the series

Saints Rlw 2 is better i think.  They changed a little bit to much in this one, and i'm not a huge fan of the integrated storyline.  I liked some of the new activities like tank mayhem, and professor genki's super reality climax.  There aren't enough weapons, when you get bored with one weapon there really isn't a whole lot to choose from.  The car crushing mechanics are pretty good in this one.  If you're in a tank and you run over the front end of a car, that part is crushed, not the whole car.  If they had just put Saints 2 with the updated graphics, the improved character building, kept all of the same activities and added the new ones in saints 3. i think it would have been the best in the series.
