This is the LAST DAY to get into the Alpha!

In case you've missed the sticky and everyone talking about it all over the place, today is the LAST DAY to pre-purchase the special edition of NS2 to get into the Alpha.

If you've been procrastinating because you're lazy, and/or because you can't figure out how to do it, I'll make it easy for you with this guide:
Click here.
Click anywhere on the "Special Edition" half of the main frame (The side on the right).
You'll be taken to Paypal, which you should all know how to cope with already.
When you're done, you get an e-mail with your CD key. Copy it. It'll look like this:

Open up Steam, and go here:

Paste your key into the box provided, hit next a couple of times, and it should activate.
It will then ask you if you want to install NS2. Click "Of course, Steam, don't be so stupid."
Once it's downloaded, it's just like anything else on Steam! Ready to play!

Now get on it! It's only $40 for the Special Edition, and it means you can start playing TODAY.

Yeah I still haven't gotten mine. They're probably rolling out now though. Not like they can all come at once.

hahaha yeah, I'm thinking it'll take a while given the massive load (That's what she said?)


It'll be good to get back into NS though.... been a long time since I played and somehow dodged people with a heavy.... and self weld.... ahhhh.....

My online submissions for school are deadlined at 11:55pm usually (It won't let them set it to midnight, but I think that's because it allows a 5 minute window). I always submit no earlier than 11:50.  The whole class can see times of submission. I enjoy that.
