Recruiting for Fun and Profit and more Profit
If you've hit level 30, you're probably at the point where you're facing some pretty tough challenges. Once in a while, you'd like to really kick back and enjoy an easier level of play. Maybe try out a new champion and relax as your armies crush lesser foes.
But if you try any of that, people will destroy you without mercy.

That's where Smurfing comes in. Smurfing is when one creates a new account in order to play with lower level characters. Generally, this is considered cruel hilarious. However! Riot, in it's infinite wisdom has redesigned the referral system so new accounts need only hit level 5 before you are granted shines.

• Go to http://LeagueofLegends.com/
• Log in to your account and click 'Account' in the top-right corner of the website.
• Click 'Referrals' and copy the referral link that it generates for you.
• Open a new porn-mode private browsing window and use the referral link to create a new account. (You don't need to give it a real e-mail address, it doesn't verify.)
• Level up to 5, fighting bots, or some combination of the two
• THERE IS NO SIX!
• Wait up to 48 hours (really more like 12) and return to your account on the LoL website.
• Go to 'Referrals' again then scroll to the bottom of the page.
• Click on 'Rewards Earned'
• It will list "4-Win IP Boost (X), where X is how many times you've sucessfully trolled completed this process.
• Click the tiny 'Click to Redeem' link.
• ???
• PROFIT

Whew! Looks like a lot of work, but it really isn't. Take advantage of this to play new champions without wrecking your ELO and still get rewarded for succeeding. You can visit http://www.leagueoflegends.com/referrals/invite to see what rewards you get for recruiting "people," but I'll break the interesting ones down for you.
1 - Forum Badge (on the LeagueofLegends.com forum, no here. Geeze.)
10 - Free Tier-3 Champion! (This is paid out in RP so you should just buy skins or sexual favors.)
25 - Forum Title (again on LeagueofLegends.com)
50 - A super-rare Warwick Skin (Gray Warwick)

Your friends will envy you! Women will swoon! If you recruit real people, it'll even be completely moral and ethical!
I do not condone the use of newbies as punching bags for anything other than hilarious entertainment trying new champions that you would otherwise be completely terrible at.
