Also, if you don't already know, you can unlock Tristana for free along with her Riot Girl skin as well. To do this, you just have to become a fan of LoL on facebook. You can just make a random facebook account and fan it if you don't want it on your real facebook/don't use facebook.

Reinstall.   It's a stupid bug...  You gotta like wipe LoL clean from your computer and reinstall.  SUCKS cuz I had to do it too
