What's the easiest way to deal with a rager?

Not talking back?  I'm not the best player - especially without clan members, so I get a ton of shit.  It's to the point that I practically do not want to play by myself because I cannot shut it off.  I guess I'm not used to it.  In real life, I'd probably just throw down, but I do not know what to do here.  The other games I've played, I've never really had to deal with this trash because of admin/being able to play really well.  Sometimes it's so aggressive that it makes no sense.  If you miss your first ______ == kick votes, constant bullshit, someone saying that they will let the team feed on you, etc.

Looking for advice.

I argue with everybody... it's just what I do. They rarely have much logic behind what they say.
