No, they tend to have more officers working on prime drinking days. First to back to and from school, major holidays, may 24th (I know this isn't drinking, but you get the idea). Reason: It really is hell with what goes on.

Ugh, Orbacomm dispatch center. If you got that many 911 calls ringing the incoming system, the Orbacomm would probably get up and leave the room if you asked it to do more then one thing at a time.
