biggest mistake, for my birthday receiving an ipad2 and it has no LT / 4G integration.....
Somn, that isn't a mistake. That is a nice gift that you are taking for granted like a spoiled brat (Yeah, I said it, because I think more of you than a luxury whore).Kyle, correct me if I'm wrong here. But whenyou buy a CD or download a song legally (say, off iTunes, paid for), you buy the right to that song, not just the disk itself. So you are allowed to put it on multiple products. So apple is making the assumption that their users have purchased the data legally. And unlike napster, Apple allows access to purchase these songs, so they can claim that they expect all of these files to be obtained legally.I also think that this is an awesome idea that is much along the lines of programs such as STEAM and the current Battle.net. Which allows you to load the games/programs/files that you already own onto any of your other devices. The problem is obviously the lack of CD key verification as proof of purchase. But it offers a huge convenience. Move songs between desktop and laptop automatically without having to setup the downloads yourself, for example. But I do see the potential legal issues here. I want Kyle (maybe Karina if she sees this) to elaborate, if possible.
lol well tbh i asked everyone not to get me anything
