Google has DNS Public servers, you can set it up on your router, or on your computer.
8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 <--- they're awesomely fast DNS servers and they work great.

Of course, there may be some slowdown in web surfing when using centralized DNS servers instead of ones located near to you.

To add to this if anyone else needs DNS solutions you can post here with your location if you believe you may be having DNS issues I can find you a DNS solution near you and provide instructions on how to force DNS settings on your network. (DNS is Dynamic Name Server it translates domain names [example = www.google.com if I ping it right now it resolved www.google.com to the ip 74.125.95.106 and google has MANY servers so thats just 1 of many potential ones I could connect to.) basically sometimes if your connections are fine and such but have issues seeming to connect to websites at times you may have DNS issues.
