But like if a person is flying one and someone parachutes out of a plane, and lands on top but hits e to go into a seat, it doesnt kill them?

Sadly, I'm not sure if this video answers that.  The pilot was shot and killed so no one was in the heli.  If someone were in there, I'm not sure what would happen if you floated through the blade path.
