Me and captain wtf were in starcraft II channel on mumble,Captainwtf started talking to me on microphone via mumble. As we was talking send me a message on mumble chat saying that he had insisted we wernt friends and that he thought he had asked me not to talk to him.shortly after he started talking about how intell processers are the same as amd processors but was one has abetter price, talking about himself. following that saying but only by alilttle. i said ok, and asked him if he wanted my character number for Starcraft II.He told me to hold on, I said ok. and Sen him my email for starcraft II to him via mumble chatbox.He said to send him a friend invite on starcraft II. after this he tells me his email address on mumble mic input and i send him a invite on starcraft II. after that he jumped to social channel i followed him. Because i thought to myself maybe he wanted me to follow him into the social lounge to talk about starcraft II or some related topic. so i go to the social channel, Squishy and afew others are there. squishy says he does not have starcraft II. Now im thinking to myself Captainwtf wants to use my account but dosnt have enough courage so i follow him back into the starcraft II channel on mumble. to ask to ask if we were friends and if he still wanted to play. after all this at around 4pm Eastern central time i was banned.
after this has happened i came right to the appeal forum.

[12:54:59 PM] stubby: (13:39:42) ChatBot: [IAM]_CaptainWTF has been logged out (Timeout). I left social lounge to the SC2 channel to come play sc2 with my bro and stubby follows me?..
1:59 PM - [IAM] CaptainWTF: he needs to quit bothering me, I've told him MULTIPLE times to not talk to me.
2:00 PM - [IAM] CaptainWTF: and hes sending me MORE messages now.

[2:02:03 PM] stubby is now muted and deafened.
[2:02:05 PM] stubby is now unmuted.
[2:02:07 PM] stubby moved to Starcraft 2.
[2:03:25 PM] stubby was kicked and banned from the server by [IAM] Anomaly: Harassing Clan Members.

In essence, I received a report of harassment in which he explicitly asks you to stop talking to him, and you continue messaging him, and then follow him from channel to channel as he tries to get away from you, at which point I banned you.

Hardly seems as if he was askinng you for invites. Nor would it make any sense that he would want to use your account since he already has one. So why would you assume that he just didn't have the courage to ask? Let alone want to use your account at all. We will talk amongst the clan and come to a concensus.

Now, regarding this incident (with you being muted), there are discrepancies with your story. I wasn't talking to you I was talking to my brother who was in Ventrilo. I didn't know you were even IN the channel until you sent me the first message. I don't have my text to speech on so it doesn't tell me when people join/leave. You've been muted on mumble for a while now. Back in the days where you used the name InstaShock I had PREVIOUSLY asked you then NOT to talk to me and I have asked you NOT to talk to me multiple times. SO These logs that Anomaly has posted ARE accurate based on the events that occurred today but what has been provided above is previous events that have occurred where stubby has decided to verbally attack me 100% spontaneously. THIS is why I have something against you and THIS is why I have asked you to quit talking to me. It's because I'm trying to avoid issues like this.

Additionally what you have posted here there is absolutely NO WAY I had a conversation with you on mumble as you are muted in mumble. This story. there are some lies going on in stubbys version of how it went down. I communicated with him in no way rather that what has been posted in the chat logs Anomaly put in there. I can understand at some parts where you may have possibly thought I had been talking to you, As I should've muted my microphone after entering that channel. but in this post you're putting words in my mouth, I had never told you my email address and if I had tell me what it is I told you it was.

i would like to say that if the two party's are solie split i would be happier to retire from mumble entirely, i would also like to add he never added me on sc2 as a friend which made me sad, i would also like to add i asked captain for his facebook

it would seem to me that captainwtf is a man of many words. tho, I am a man with many Ideals.. and things to say. If you give me a solutions, i will break it. if you hand me a problem i will mend it. I have nothing more to add then these simply words.

So what im trying to say is i dont have anything to say about this, maybe i was in the wrong place at the wrong time. But i can say this.. i know i didnt do anything worth punishment. i would like to keep this issue open for further statements. i would also like to add i tryed getting on mumble just now at 7:42 eastern and i couldn't.

If you're trying to imply that I'm lying here I have no idea who you think you are kidding, unless somehow you GENUINELY believe that I said those things.

You did do something worth punishment its called harassing, Those little "fuck you's" in mumble when I unmuted you for a second to figure out who you were when you were in there as MilkshakeM were unwarranted.

This isn't just the mumble incident this is everything that you've done up to now accumulating. if you had just been harassing me I'm sure the most you would've gotten was a kick from mumble tellin you to knock it off, But since it seems like there is a repetitive behavior with you either harassing me or verbally attacking me I find that this was sufficient punishment for what was happening.

Sure I can understand where there could be a scenario where you believe you did nothing wrong but since you decided to twist this story saying I asked you to add me on sc2 or that you added me on sc2 makes you anything but innocent in this situation,
and if I told you my email over mumble please do post here what my email was that I told you because that would let us know which one of us is lying. unless somehow you can magically obtain my email without me telling you it.

I have nothing more to say in response to this appeal all my statements at this time will be concluded with this post.

Calling someone a "dirty fagget" would be worth punishment. Further harassment of that member would also constitute a punishable offense. You have the opportunity to refute that this is what happened.
