Ban Appeal Instructions [READ FIRST]

Do not post unless you are directly involved in the ban. Do not put your "two cents" in--this will NOT be tolerated.
If you feel that you have information directly related to the ban, consider PMing the admin involved in the ban before making a public post in this forum.
1. The topic of your post should only contain your alias/in-game name that was banned.
For example, in PR, my name is "thekMac" and I append my tag "[IAM]" to it. Thus, I would write: "thekMac" or "[IAM] thekMac" as the thread title in this section. This purpose of this is to improve the clarity of the posts and avoid frivolous title names.
2. Conduct yourself in the most courteous and civil manner as is possible. If you come in here flaming, not only will your ban appeal be denied, but it will probably be lengthened.
3. Clearly state the reason for your banning and why you feel you should be unbanned. Please include the date and time of your banning (EST) and the server you were playing on.
4. Knowingly falsifying information will result in a permanent ban, the admins have access to server logs, and they will be searched if deemed necessary.
5. Only the person banned may file an appeal. No one is permitted to appeal another person's ban.
Ban appeals for the "my [insert friend, family member, etc here]" used my account excuse will not be tolerated. It is your responsibility to know who uses your account, and you are 100% responsible for how those individuals conduct themselves while on our servers using your account. This is not a debatable issue--there is no way for us to prove whether you are telling the truth or not, and as such that is not a viable reason for ban removal.
