I would say so since gravity is involved with the flow of alcohol down the throat hole from a raised glass.

Also the flow of his face to the ground, which was my into my statement. The throat can pull fluids into the body without the use of gravity. But he can't defy gravity when tripping and going "Oh snap! A floor!"
