Community Rules Addition - Forum Thread/Titles Must Be Descriptive

The following rule has been added:

   17. Thread topics/titles must be descriptive of the content that is being posted. Titles such as "Check this out!" or "This is so cool!" or "I can't believe this!" are not descriptive, and result in multiple postings on the same subject. Before posting, you might want to look through the current page of posts to see that someone has not already posted on the same subject. Failure to describe your thread or link within a thread will result in it being locked and possibly removed.

This will be enforced along with our NSFW policies.  Please adhere to the rule or you risk losing your ability to post.  Thank you.

Hahahaha, puh-lease.  I'm sick of having to re-read the same thread to check it's appropriateness because I forget wtf it is.

Can't we just have one rule:

Rule 100:    Our MODS and LEADERs will do what they want.. when they want.  Grow a pair.

There are 17 rules and most of them are blatantly obvious, but cross has described the all-encompassing rule.
