I still want the HTC Evo. I suppose The hero would suffice but.  The Evo has a front camera on it so I could do like vid chat on it with pplz O_O thats beast.

Honest, I still see everyone talking on their cell phones, 401/400/normal roads...  And I've yet to hear of anyone get a ticket for it

People get ticketed sooo much for cellphones. It's one of the main reasons why I see people get pulled over lately. When I was driving on the 400 I saw someone get pulled over for it. In my city it's taken really seriously. I know all about laws and everything, and how often people get ticketed for things. One cop in my city, he pulls over people mainly for rolling stops at stop signs lol. He just waits and watches.

I've def heard of many people getting a ton of warnings, but that was still in that 'warning zone' time period that they had. Only heard of a few charges though.

They shouldnt have cells. They have radios in their cars lol. Unless they're talking to someone outside of their job I suppose.

I was riding in the back of a cruiser last time I was in DFW.  We almost wrecked like 6 times due to the cop being on her cell and sending messages via police computer.

They do have cells. Depending on their actual job title, they may have specific responsibilities or something. Sometimes so that they can ontact someone specific as well rather than just other cops/dispatch.

Have you ever used one? Quite frankly I hate them. I know a few cops that would, but most don't. Frankly it's more important to pay attention to the stuff around you anyway. it also just leaves something else for a person to grab on to.

Well I lived in Toronto/Vaughan for 21 years and moved up to the Barrie area for the last 5.  I drive between the two all the time and I've yet to see/hear of ANYONE getting pulled over for it.  Like running said, I've heard of plenty of warnings, and those electronic signs saying it's now illegal, watch the damn road... but Never have I seen it personally.  All I see is people driving with a phone attached to their ears constantly.

Oh and I have a BlueTooth rearview mirror for my phone.  Hands free and a bigger mirror, I love it :D
