I generally love my turn based strategy games, so I love civilization series ever since civilization 2 came out so around 1998. For FPS i'm a fan of BF:BC2 for the past year or so. I dabble in MMO's from time to time..
Sim City 4 has definitely been my favorite game of the last decade though, if I could count the number of months i've spent playing that game.....

7.  What your hobbies are.
None atm other than computer gaming atm... planning on getting all my electronics stuff setup and then tinkering, but until then not too much. Used to be really big into Model Railroading and to a lesser extent rail fanning. The minecraft = model railroad is a fairly apt comparison.

8.  What your profession is.
Systems engineer. I work doing R&D testing out different parametric modeling programs at the moment and then demonstrate them to the heads of different contracts to show how they could provide value to their team.

9.  How you found [IAM].
I think it was around 2001 I got NS, and started playing on [NAR] servers. I remember getting banned for something, so I changed my name and shortly thereafter joined the clan. NAR joined with IAM since modie didn't want to be a clan leader due to having a real life, but he was able to supply servers which is why I think IAM stopped doing the pay to join thing (speculation). Anyway, eventually worked my way up and became NS division leader after Xeno, and with a great team helped bring two of our servers to #1 and #11 ranked out of popularity of all NS servers (just found that post on the archived IAM forum). Then there was the whole [-A-] drama thing, which came and then went, everything was hunky-dory. Then it came back and I didn't really feel like dealing with it, so I gracefully left the clan. Poked in back every once in a while since, and now back here playing Minecraft

10.  Any unique skills you have that you'd be willing to help community members with (tech. help/server-saavy, etc.).
Uhh.... I love reading news, staying up to date on strategic level military news/info, or history (excluding 476-1400 in general, and US history 1865-1911, both those topics are exceptionally boring. Blech... reconstruction) so if you wanna have a lively debate on that, i'm more than welcome lol

I chose marodi cause thats what I used to sign up for for minecraft, so I thought it was more appropriate given thats the only clan game I play atm... I'll see what I can do to keep the VB title alive and well
